• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk spamassassin not working correctly..

1. I log into Plesk Control Panel as "admin" like usually and click on the "Server" link. Then I go to SpamAssassin and for example blacklist a domain like " *@cheaperpayments.info " into the global ( server-wide ) blacklist. But I am still getting many, many e-mail from this domain coming through !!! It seems like SpamAssassin is NOT accessing the blacklist at all. Happens with other blacklisted domains too.

2. If I login to Plesk as a normal user, like " [email protected] " and click on "SpamFilter" and then enter a domain into the blacklist, it still comes through when I check my e-mail normally. So SpamAssassin is also NOT accessing individual blacklists as well.
Also, if I click on the same page on " Train " to train an e-mail as bad ( which works ) and then checkmark this trained e-mail and click on the "remove selected" link, the e-mail seems to get deleted after I confirm, but actually I am still getting the same e-mail into my Outlook once I check my mail.

In short : Looks like the SpamAssassin add-on is NOT accessing ANY blacklists ( and/or whitelists ? ) and is also NOT removing ( deleting ) any e-mails after I click on the "remove selected" link.

What can I do?
