• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk SQL Service Not Starting

I'm getting this problem where the Plesk SQL service doesn't appear to start. The event log will log 3 entries. The first says "Can't init databases". Then a message says "Aborting" and the third says "Shutdown complete". If I manually start the service, it appears to start ok.

Something also appears to be causing my server to reboot too. Right after those 3 events, I get these errors:

Faulting application , version 0.0.0.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x8b04d827.

The application, C:\Windows\system32\winlogon.exe, generated an application error.

Try to use reconfigurator.exe - repair Plesk installation.
