Plesk-stat - no access, why?

Hi all,

This is minor problem, but one that I want to get out of the way as we launch our sites.

I am trying to access our domain's /plesk-stat/

It prompts me for the domains administrative login, which is fine, but when I give it the right credentials, it then authenticates me, and then I am greeted with the message...
FORBIDDEN
YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS!

What kind of permission needs to given to allow view our website stats?
