Hi, when I open a domain and then via the statistics link (smb/statistics/details) and click on web statistics a new smaller window opens asking me to login, I tried to enter the root credentials but I don't log in. I checked in the server settings and I have stats retention set to 3 months.

Any solution ? Thanks

Hi,

The web statistics are protected with the FTP credentials of the subscription:

Viewing Statistics

Site Visit Statistics To enable web statistics or change the web statistics application, go to Websites & Domain...

That's not how Plesk works.

"To access protected web-statistics page, FTP login credentials must be used."

The responses here are useless for my case as no modal appears to authenticate. The page just goes straight to server error 401. I have users assigned to plesk-stat but never get prompted to login. VERY irritating.
