plesk statistics "other"

hi together,
which things are counted in "other" disc space usage? some of my customers have more then 1GB shown as "other" in statistics and i wanna know what this could be?
 
For example:

Igor,
Are we able to break down the statistics for domains in Plesk 10? In Plesk 9 there was a very useful "full report" where it listed lots of information in detail. In particular, we could tell owners if they had a particular email address that was using a lot of disc space. Plesk 10 does not appear to allow that drill-down.
Please could you let us know how we can get the same detail as we had in Plesk 9.

Little Nudge please. Please can Parallels get a way for us to get a fuller report on a domain - it used to be so useful and used so much and now we just cannot get the comprehensive breakdown as Plesk 9 used to show.
