• Halloween is coming! To celebrate the occasion, we dusted off a couple of old skins, and even created a brand new one (Pixel).
To get into the festive spirit, install the Skins extension.
  • The new Python extension is now available. It allows customers to deploy and manage WSGI-based Python applications on their websites directly from Plesk.
  • The Plesk Mobile apps for iOS and Android and the Plesk Mobile Center extension have been deprecated, and are no longer available for new installations. In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84, the Plesk Mobile Center extension will be removed from servers during the upgrade, and the Plesk Mobile apps will lose their server management features.
  • The Social Login extension has been deprecated and will be removed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84. After that, it will no longer be possible to log in to Plesk with a Google, Facebook, GitHub account, or with a passkey. Plesk usernames and passwords, as well as logging in with a WebPros Account, are not affected.

Issue Plesk stopped working out of the blue ...

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
CentOS Linux 7.9.2009 (Core)
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.63 Update #1
Hi everybody

So, I have this server that's been running smoothly for years.
It uses CentOS Linux 7.9.2009 (Core) and Plesk Version 18.0.63 Update #1.

It seems that today it was updated (Plesk says last updated on Aug 16, 2024 02:19 PM) and then everything stopped working.

At first, even the Plesk itself didn't load up. So I tried repairing it and the panel started loading up. but not the websites hosted on the server.

I had Litespeed installed. Right now neither Litespeed nor Apache starts on the server.

I have this error on the main page of Plesk admin panel :

Code:
New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created due to the errors in configuration templates: Template processing failed: file = /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/default/server.php, error = Template_Exception: filemng failed: /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/filemng: error while loading shared libraries: libidn2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory file: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Template/Processor.php line: 38 code: 0 Previous error: Template_Exception: filemng failed: /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/filemng: error while loading shared libraries: libidn2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory file: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Template/Processor.php line: 38 code: 0 Previous error: PleskUtilException: filemng failed: /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/filemng: error while loading shared libraries: libidn2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory file: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Service/Agent.php line: 159 code: 0 See the details in Configuration Troubleshooter. Detailed error descriptions were sent to you by email. Please resolve the issues and click here to generate broken configuration files once again or here to generate all configuration files.

When I try to generate configuration files I get this :

Code:
Unable to configure the web server: Failed to copy files storage to destination path. stderr: /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/filemng: error while loading shared libraries: libidn2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory stdout:

I tried fixing file permissions and repairing Plesk settings which didn't work.

Then I wanted to run a fresh install (Which I hope I don't have to) So I tried exporting the service plans but I got this error :

Code:
Could not write the data to file.: Failed to create/chmod the directory /usr/local/psa/var/modules/hp-exporter/upload.: filemng failed: /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/filemng: error while loading shared libraries: libidn2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Also when I try to open the file manager for a domain I get this :

Code:
Type TypeError
Message t.data is undefined

(I have replaced the phrase "serverhostname" with the server's actual hostname.)

I'd appreciate it if you could help me solve this...
