Issue Plesk stops responding

Digitalone

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
AlmaLinux 8.10
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.77 Update #2 Web Pro Edition
I'm have a real issue with the following. I have no idea what has happened however the VPS server runing the latest version of Plesk keeps randomly throwing a hissy fit with the following error.

I have run Plesk repair all -y and that returns Error messages 0 : Warnings 0 : Errors resolved 0.
Plesk developers have looked into the issue with no results indicating that it is most likely an issue with the node or hardware on the server. I have my hosting company looking into the issue however they claim that the following
We can confirm there is no node level issues where the VPS resides now
however the server keeps throwing http 500 and 502 Bad gateways, the above (not always the same but close) and i'm then locked out until it recovers or I force a reboot on the hosting side. Its so weird everything running on the server stops responding for a short while and then comes back only to stop responding after a few minutes while I look around for clues. I've been told it could be the browser haha but nope clear the cache and the same thing happens. I've replicated the issue with the three majors.

Although I have the Host looking at this my reason for the post is to see if anyone else has experience with the same issue as there is no errors in any of the log files. Its such a random but consistent problem and frankly i'm about ready to throw in the towel.

Any assistance or comments would be greatly appreciated.
