how many times can I use trial license for a server?
Can I get a new trial license after 15 days for same server?

When the trial period is over, you can purchase lease license for Plesk 12 in Plesk Online Store:

http://www.plesk.com/plesk/buy-plesk/

Note that Plesk 12 licenses are available in 4 editions, each edition includes different sets of options. You can see more details here:
