After searching on the web i tried this solution to fix the problem (yum update). After this fix i restart server and when i login to panel i now see this error:
Code:
ERROR: PleskMainDBException
MySQL query failed: Unknown column 's.click_time' in 'field list'
http://screencast.com/t/aHd4iHjjbN0F

Any ideas how to fix update AND new problem?

Kind regards

I have the same issue and I did search the forum first:

Result by search for: MySQL query failed: Unknown column "s.click_time" in "field list"

Igor, I checked out and did what was asked in the article you linked to and I still get the same error.

ERROR: PleskMainDBException

MySQL query failed: Unknown column 's.click_time' in 'field list'

Hi Krullone

I managed to fix by removing atomic repo, dropping PSA database and importing the backup that was created when you tried to upgrade the panel. After this you can access to panel again.
I then had to restore full backup of all sites because they all stopped working. All sites were showing the default plesk page.

Good luck

Hello Puntable

Thank you for the information, it sounds like a lot more fun than I was hoping for!

Hi Guys,

I had the same issue with failed update and also

ERROR: PleskMainDBException

MySQL query failed: Unknown column 's.click_time' in 'field list'

This thread pointed me in the right direction to solve it.

I updated via SSH by doing the following:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller

I just followed step by step and installed Parallels 12.0.18 and now it all works.

Hope it works for you too.

Thank you, barnrose! That did the trick and was much less painful than the alternative. I knew if I stalled long enough the solution would present itself ;)
