This points to an unsupported operating system. You have mentioned you have Ubuntu 20.x. Before we proceed, could you please post the output of any of these commands here so that we make sure this is correct?

# cat /etc/os-release
# lsb_release -a
# hostnamectl
# uname -r

Second, please check on the updates/upgrades page from which source the updater is getting the Plesk files. Some providers have pre-configured mirrors that are not on the latest releases.

It seems that noone has an obvious solution for this case here on the forum. I suggest opening a ticket with official Plesk support so that they can solve it for you.
