Plesk update failed

New Pleskian
Hi,

My Plesk auto update has failed to run, I'm still learning this is only a dev server. If I try to update from the panel I get the following message:

Code:
The apg-get failed with the following message:
Reading package lists...
Building dependency tree...
Reading state information...
You might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
apache2 : Depends: apache2-bin (= 2.4.7-1ubuntu4.9) but 2.4.7-1ubuntu4.6 is to be installed
Depends: apache2-data (= 2.4.7-1ubuntu4.9) but 2.4.7-1ubuntu4.6 is to be installed
linux-headers-generic : Depends: linux-headers-3.13.0-66-generic but it is not going to be installed
mysql-server-5.5 : Depends: mysql-client-5.5 (>= 5.5.47-0ubuntu0.14.04.1) but 5.5.44-0ubuntu0.14.04.1 is to be installed
Depends: mysql-server-core-5.5 (>= 5.5.47-0ubuntu0.14.04.1) but 5.5.44-0ubuntu0.14.04.1 is to be installed
PreDepends: mysql-common (>= 5.5.47-0ubuntu0.14.04.1) but 5.5.44-0ubuntu0.14.04.1 is to be installed
Breaks: mysql-server (< 5.5.47-0ubuntu0.14.04.1) but 5.5.44-0ubuntu0.14.04.1 is to be installed
psa-updates : Depends: sw-engine (>= 2.13.13) but 2.13.12-ubuntu1404.201502091720 is to be installed

Do I just run apt-get -f install from the command line as it suggests or could this cause issues later on?

Many Thanks,
Kyle
