I am running Plesk 8.1.0 and like to update using the updater.

There are 4 releases:
- plesk 8.1.0
- plesk 8.1.1
- plesk 8.2.0
- plesk 8.2.1

When clicking on 8.1.0 or 8.1.1 I get the error:
Error: The ports collection found in your system is outdated.
It provides the portupgrade utility version 2:2.2.2-4; however, a version 2.2.2.0 or later is required for installation of the product.

When clicking on 8.2.0 or 8.2.1 I get the error:
Error: Can't copy '/usr/ports/tmp_extract_ports_MI0CzM/sw-cp-server-1.0.0/local/etc/make.conf' to '/usr/local/etc/make.conf': source file not exists
Errors just before:
- Can't install make.conf template to /usr/local/etc/make.conf
.

How can I update plesk?
