Issue plesk Updates and Upgrades stuck

Basic Pleskian
when I click on Plesk > Tools & Settings > Updates and Upgrades it's open a new window and it keeps refreshing on the following message

Plesk Installer was updated.​

This page will automatically refresh in a while.
If you experience any difficulties, follow this link.

Have you tried perform upgrade in command line interface?
