Plesk Upgrade to 12 to 12.5

How long does the upgrade take from Plesk 12.0.18 to 12.5 take?

I started the upgrade this morning at about 9am it is now 11:30am and the upgrade still hasn't completed.

Its been stuck at the last line "Stopping sw_engine service... already stopped" below in my quoted text since the start of the upgrade.

Is this normal? I don't recall past upgrades taking this long.

I just check the /tmp/autoinstaller3.log file there is a hundreds of lines showing various parts being upgraded but I can't quote the whole thing as the message it too long, but I have attached it to this message

However last line in log file reads the following, which to me says something failed, but I'm not sure what or where.

[2015-10-29 09:42:18.476144] Plesk Installer was closed because of a long period of inactivity.

OK well this post seems to have been resolved.

The upgrade just seemed to take a very very long time.

I just tried accessing plesk panel again and this time it loaded and allowed me to log in. Not errors on presented to me, so I assume everything worked fine.

Also when I followed the link of /tmp/autoinstaller3.log it brought me to /var/log/plesk/install and in there I saw the file plesk_12.5.30 and at the bottom of this file it showed Congratulations! All stages of the installation/upgrade have been finished.

I've attached the plesk_12.5.30 log file to this post, maybe someone can review it to make sure it completed ok.
