plesk webmail for some domain greyed in the panel

Hi,

There is a problem in webmail i am using a mail enable webmail. Now the problem is webmail option for few domains in the control panel is greyed. Has any one faced such problem if yes how was it solved. I would be great ful if any one has the solution for the problem.
