Plesk WIndows: You do not have permission to view this directory or page.

I am new to plesk, and I just install plesk on my window 2008 server, after upload my website and upload file.exe there, it can not be download.

when i access to: http://mydomain.com/files/myfile.exe

the error msg below appear on browser: You do not have permission to view this directory or page.

can some one guide me how to fix this issue.

Most probably this exe file has incorrect permissions. Try to fix permissions with reconfigurator.

plesk check if psaadm, psacyln and psasrv permission is assigned to file.
