PleskControlPanel service stopping!!

We recently upgraded to Plesk8.3 and have problems getting the Control panel to work.
The PleskControlPanel service stops after an hour or so. I have tried starting the service from Plesk services monitor but still login page does not display, just error message Service unavailable in Firefox shows when i try the URL https://cp.mydomain.com:8443/login.php3. After some time the service will stop again.
 
I had a similar issue. Try running Plesk Reconfigurator > Repair Plesk Installation and Disk Permissions a couple of times - it cured my Control Panel service issues.
