PleskFatalException : wrong id error while logging to control panel

After upgrading to 9.2.2, I keep getting this error while logging on to the control panel:
ERROR: PleskFatalException
wrong id

Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: PleskFatalException
wrong id

I can login using admin as the username, but not with any domain owner.

It is quite urgent, as domain administrators are not able to create any email accounts.
