• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Pleskrestore behaving strangely - Not restoring site

I thought i'd restore an individual site from a complete plesk backup, I created the map file & ran pleskrestore.

The domain was created in the control panel, however no hosting was configured, and no site files under /var/www/vhosts/ were created.

Where do I start? The plesk backup worked because the size is huge. I think pleskrestore isn't working, or I'm using it wrong.

/usr/local/psa/bin/pleskrestore --restore /backupfile -level domains -map mapfile

[clientname]
203.111.111.111
mydomain.com 203.111.111.111
mysql::mad:localhost:3306

Idea's? In the control panel the restored site is grey'ed out... which means no hosting is configured. *puzzled*

Semi-Fixed. I had no space left in /tmp. No error from pleskrestore though. Hrmmm. It configured the site, but set the default site content.... any content that the site had when backed up isn't there...
