pleskrestore error - unable to get ip Adress

Hi,

I'm trying to restore a server backup on a new plesk server both 9.5.4.
I'm always getting an error for certain Domains:
An error occured during domain creation: Unable to get IP Address

All the problematic domains have no hosting. The plesk server is only their DNS.
They have no hosting nor email on the plesk.

Has anyone an idea, what might be the problem?

In order to workaround this issue, you can try to create one dummy domain with hosting (standard forwarding) for client before restoring.

your hint helped me, to find out what the problem was.

The clients which were concerned in this had no IP-address configured.
(They did not need one, because they only used DNS service)
I assigned them all the shared IP-address of the host, made another backup an was able to restore this without any domain missing.
