Hi.

I tried to update a client account using client.exe .
It works if I use command prompt directly.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>
cd\
cd progra~1\swsoft\plesk\admin\bin
client.exe -u mydomains -company mycompany01
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>

But when I use PHP exec() function to create client account, it doesn't work.
I think there are no problem about permission.
I tried PHP exec("md example_dir") , it works, example_dir folder has created.
But when I use it to execute client.exe, it doesn't work.
I know that the command is correct because I've already tried with command prompt directly.

How to solve the problem?
Thanks.

You need administrative privilege to run Plesk command line tools.
