point domain ex1.com to ex2.com/example/ what to write vhosts ?

first of all sorry for my bad english

i have a question i want to do this thing:

i have domain ex1.com with a hosting package
now i want to point another domain ( ex2.com) to a subdirectory of domain1 like: ex1.com/example/

i know i have to write a vhosts.conf file bt i dont know where to write this file in and what to write in this file.

can anybody help me with this problem ?

another question: can I create email accounts with plesk for this domain (ex2.com) ?
