Pop 3 problem ?

Hi

Just installed MailEnable standard as part of a Plesk installation

I've set up one post office and one mail account
Using the test facility in Outlook, it connects to the smtp server ok but for the pop connection , I get the message

'Log onto incoming Mail Server (Pop3). The specified server was found, but there was no response from the server. Please verify that the port and SSL information is correct.

Is there something that I haven't enabled ?
