• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.54 Update #3
Hey everyone,

I'm new to this forum. This is my first post. Using the Plesk web interface, I've purchased a PositiveSSL certificate with wildcard. After that I got some errors like: "but there is a problem with your order". I know I've paid for the ssl certificate, but the installation ssl certificate is the old way. I can't use the old way with *.crt and private key because I don't have one. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

Sorry, I'm from Germany, my English is not very good.

Hi WeserEnergy,

Probably without any additional details, we can't help here.

I would like to suggest contacting with the Plesk Support team to investigate the issue on the server. If it will not be possible to finish issuing certificate process and install the certificate on the server, they could help with refunding money for the certificate.
