Possible fix for the error: "php5isapi.dll reported itself as unhealthy. No reason was given by the ISAPI", that shows up in Event Viewer and breaks the control panel:
Make sure the application pool for the Plesk Control Panel runs with maximum 1 Worker Process.
After rebuilding a Windows Server 2008 webserver today to figure out when the Plesk Control Panel starts to have issues, the panel started acting up after I "Change the application pool default settings" workerprocesses to 2.
After I manually changed the Control Panel application pool worker process setting back to 1, the problems were gone!
I hope this helps some of you who have the Control Panel Issues...
I've seen many posts about it on these forums and outside, through google... but no solutions
