i have one customer that i would like to disable him domain at a certain date.

You can create a crontab entry with
plesk bin subscription --webspace-off <domain.tld>
as described in subscription: Subscriptions

Yeh sure you can login to your mail after that click on which mail he sent then follow the instruction the image.
