Postfix error 250 plesk

Hi,
I have a problem with postfix after updating to 12.0.18 on vps plesk "oxh".
I can not send email because I returns authentication failure.
Also on webmail I get Error 250.

I tried to do tail -f mailog and I get when I try to send:

Dec 15 22:58:34 vpsxxxx postfix / smtpd [2091]: lost connection after UNKNOWN from unknown [X.X.X.X]
Dec 15 22:58:34 vpsxxxx postfix / smtpd [2091]: disconnect from unknown [X.X.X.X]

I tried to switch to qmail works and everything but 'are put in spam.
I would then fixare postfix.

Do not use ssl certificate but tls . I also tried with the port 25 and no certificate and does not work .
I started a telnet localhost 25 but hangs :

Trying 127.0.0.1 ...

In roundcube instead I get the error SMTP Error ( 250 ) . authentication Failed.
