Postfix issue after migration : "mail server temporary failed"

Hello,

After migration from Parallels Plesk Panel 9.3 to 9.5.2 (Linux CentOS) and (included) postfix update :

I am often (not allways fortunatelly...) unable to send mails from an adress belonging to my domain : error "mail server temporary failed"

My Relay options have not been changed :
authorization required :
. POP3 lock time = 2 Min
. SMTP

(I am sorry to post this message on several topics, please choose the right one...)

I applied the right patch Cos5x64, applied the good permissions, restarted the server ... and now i have : "4.3.0 Error: queue file write error."
