  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Postfix main.cf - fault on v18.0.46 Update 2

Gjimi

Basic Pleskian
after Plesk update this morning 09/27/2022 CET main.conf was destroyed,
content of main.conf only:
mailman_destination_recipient_limit

this is actually just information.

I cannot confirm that /etc/postfix/main.cf has been changed or removed by the update. Actually, so far Plesk has never edited anything in that file that is not controlled by Plesk variables. I suggest opening a support ticket with them if you believe that there is a severe issue with the upgrade on your machine to let them investigate the case further.

sorry I meant main.cf, the file is of course created by Plesk. and also timing today during Plesk update has been changed
