Postfix. Plesk 12.5 Centos 7 - email from ip and domain not working

I have the postfix email set to send email from the ip and domain of the sender - but it is always sending from the main default domain - which is blackilisted.

I have attempted all the fixes - but to no avail -
I have tried this:

But the emails show correctly..

Suggestions?
 
Update... it appears to only happen on forwarded email (ie - a forward setup in Plesk). And not for email created in roundcube.
 
Further update...
Forwarding email from Roundcube works fine. BUT having an automated forward in Plesk is when it fails.
