postfix + plesk

hello i have an interesting issue with Lenny and Plesk 9.5.

Is there a way to edit the mail configuration template of plesk panel ?

For example:

If i add this line in postfix main.cf

content_filter=smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024

it work with amavis...till someone make some mail configuration changes from web panel . Then everything is resetting and i cant find way to resolve this.
