• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

trying to get an email out via SMTP. It's a standard Plesk installation with Roundcube and Postfix.
I get the following error, when I try to send the mail, something with TLS I guess:

What could be wrong? Thanks for any insights!

So in the meantime, I checked if Outlook and SMTP work - yes it does. So it appears to be some kind of Xenforo problem? This is in the error log:
Screenshot 2022-09-05 100703.png

I created an AAA record for titanium.hostname.com with the IPV6 REDACTED:fc9::1 without the extra ":" at the end of the error message.

Whats wrong?

RESOLVED!
I had to give Xenforo the Serverhostname "titanium.hostname, com" and not the "mail.forum.com"
Did the same thing in Outlook now, the warnings are gone!

Thanks!
