Postfix Wrapper Article Fails?

I followed the article below to log all emails sent by scripts on my server running CL 6.7 and Plesk 12.5

Mails sends, but this causes the following error to be logged...

sendmail.postfix-bin: fatal: Recipient addresses must be specified on the command line or via the -t option

Is there something that can be changed to fix this issue?
