powertoys bug in conjunction with theme change

hi,

because you can't disable themes in plesk 7.5.4 i delted all unwanted themes from my server. the only skin left on the server right now ist WinXP Silver.

after that power toys looks like the file attached. a bug? a feature?

ADDON: it looks like your SEO tool is affected too.

as i see in your source, you expect the skin winxp.new installed, which in my case isn't..
