  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved [PPP-54866] Cannot change autodiscover to port 587

O. Sloof

New Pleskian
Hi,

I am using Plesk Obsidian v18.0.37 on a Windows server.
Even though I have set all possible MailEnable settings to port 587, I see via
https://<domain>/mail/config-v1.1.xml?emailaddress=<email> still uses port 465 for the autodiscover for smtp.
How can I adjust this?

thanks

Onno

hello @O. Sloof ,

Panel ini editor extension should provide needed functionality.

but it does not work for me. After clarification this was recognized as bug.

unfortunately I can't provide any ETA because it is not clear what efforts needed and what side effects may appear.

any way, I hope this will be fixed in some nearest Plesk releases.
