prefered domain for domain alias

Iam using Plesk 12.5.30
my new domain alisas are always created as domain.com

but I want the domain alias also to be www.domain.com

Plesk does not have the feature to set www for domain alias bu only for the primary domain.

I want www for alias domain too, inorder for magento multisite to work properly. How am I able to achieve this?

Have you enabled "Synchronization of DNS zone with the primary domain" option for alias? If this option is enabled, the DNS zone of the domain alias will be in sync with the zone of the primary domain. Any changes made in the DNS zone of the primary domain will be automatically applied to the DNS zone of the alias. Default domain's CNAME for www will be synchronized to alias too.

But still domain.com is not diverting to www.domain.com

I got the same problem. DNS Zone Synchronisation is definitly active but my alias-domains don't switch to www.
Any solution?
