• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

I want to use my Plesk 7.5 box (Fedora) as the Primary DNS for all domains on the system. How do I do this? I remember there was documentation on the subject for Plesk 6, however I can't find any info on this subject for Plesk 7. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Jason

This really hasn't changed from Plesk 6 to 7.5.3.

Modify the Server DNS template to reflect NS records for your nameservers, remove any records which look like:

<domain>. NS ns.<domain>

For domains you have already created, just modify their DNS to only have NS records pointing to your nameservers

domain1.com NS ns1.yourhostdomain.com
