Probably bug on Web Admin Edition license

Hi fellas, we was unable to log in into Round cube with any email account,

we follow this tutorial and solve

Not sure that incorrect permissions of OS files may be considered as Plesk bug.

in fact i did not change permission files, because was same of tutorial, i just insert the line into file, and works
