i have problem on all new sub domain but can't run it

i run command

[root@ns1 ~]# plesk repair fs sub.domain.com

Checking virtual hosts' file system ................................. [OK]

Error messages: 0; Warnings: 0; Errors resolved: 0

but i upload file to sub domain folder and access file on browser not work !!
