PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Hi,

I don't know how this happen.
I have latest version of plesk obsidian.18.0.15
I do not have Wordpress tool kit.
I did install Wordpress with the application tab on Plesk.

No 1 of my website is showing
Maintenance Mode
We're updating our website. Please check back soon.

It is transfering me to the maintenance page.
Cant' access my Wp-admin page either

Webmail.exemple.com is accessible.
I can access my email

But website keep showing Maintenance Mode

Hi @Ian Bélisle

This is strange. Plesk w/o WordPress Toolkit have no abilities to enable the maintenance mode for WordPress websites.
I think the maintenance mode was set directly in the WordPress website using one of the following methods How to Put WordPress in Maintenance Mode (3 Different Methods)

The best way is to check it and remove the mode manually. Thank you.

Could you please provide more information about the statement above? Which app exactly, what actions do you perform and what exact errors do you get?
