Resolved PROBLEM ADD DOMAIN

Hi,
I try to add a domain but when save the configuration appears some errors:

New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created due to the errors in configuration templates: Template processing failed: file = /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/default/domainVhost.php, error = Template_Exception: No data. file: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Template/Processor.php line: 28 code: 0 Previous error: Template_Variable_Exception: No data. file: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Template/Variable/AbstractCachedData.php line: 67 code: 0. Detailed error descriptions were sent to you by email. Please resolve the issues and click here to generate broken configuration files once again or here to generate all configuration files. Error: phpinimng failed: Job for php-fpm.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status php-fpm.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details. Failed to start php-fpm service

Attached I have included the images that best explain the procedure. I tried to follow the instructions provided in error but I have not solved.

Hi Nicola,

pls. consider to use the SEARCH option from the froum, because you might find it very usefull to read previous threads/posts with the very same issue:

Error: phpinimng failed: Job for php-fpm.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status php-fpm.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details. Failed to start php-fpm service

You could have found for example: => #4
... where you will not only find a detailed explanation, but as well suggestions, how to solve the issue.

sorry but your answer does not answer my question. The second problem is clearly related to the first and is simply a consequence.

The main problem is that when I try to add a domain, plesk does not create the web space (in "/var/www/vhosts"), the configuration (in "/var/www/vhosts/system") and the system user. How I can to try to resolve this problem? You have any suggestion?

I tried to run these commands but anythings changes:

plesk repair web mydomain.com

plesk repair installation

did you modify/edit the default templates at "/usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/default" ( because of the error: "Template processing failed: file = /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/default/domainVhost.php, error = Template_Exception: No data" ) ?

Consider as well to regenerate your webserver - configuration files with for example:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all

In addition, it could always help to get the latest updtes/upgrades/patches, as for example with:

plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base

followed by a complete repair procedure:

plesk repair all -y -v​

"plesk repair all" can cause loss of data or is only a command that reconfigure plesk?

such a REPAIR - process will never touch your content at all! It is used to repair the depending CONFIGURATION.

The problem was in /etc/php-fpm.d/www.conf

#pm.max_children = 8

this line generated the error
