Problem after Plesk Update to 11.5.30

After Plesk Update to 11.5.30. we are facing several problem.

is there any way- so that we can re do the process ? or start fresh update once again over it ?

because i see some file are missing from plesk folder. and permission issue is there.

is there any way so that i can reinstall the plesk and re-configure and restore psa database into it... will it work?
