Problem by installing Open-Xchange on Plesk 12.5

Hi,

i want to install Open-Xchange 7.2, but I get the following error:

Non-zero exit status returned by script. Output stream: 'Creating OX context 1 Forbidden Failed to create OX context 1: Forbidden '. Error stream: 'Creating OX context 1 Forbidden Failed to create OX context 1: Forbidden '

Plesk version: 12.5.30 Update 8

Configuration of Open-Xchange is:
Product path to access Open-Xchange => /
URL of the Open-Xchange public site => http://ox.mydomain.de
Open-Xchange Server Installation => myip

I don't know, why i get this error. Perhaps someone can help me.

As far as I know Open-Xchange is not supported by Plesk 12.5
