Problem changing my Password?

Hi, I try to change into a new password for security reason, but here is the error message i get " Error: Unable to change the administrator's password: old password is incorrect. Please, try again " I am very sure I give the correct password.

Can someone please let me know why this problem occur? Is they a way to contact support without coming here? I mean this is a great forum, but sometimes we cannot share everything openly. it is the latest 11.5 version.

Someone please let me know.
