problem created hosting 'please wait'

I can not complete the subscription when I click on the OK button, there is 'please wait'.

after five or ten minutes and I check me to interrupt, I lacated that the subscription is created? but not hosting.

and when I click adds to hosting the same problem 'please wait'.

I just changed the firewall settings in the GUI for plesk without Shell.
