Problem in Plesk 10.0.1

Anyone know this errors??

Plesk restart and the error log in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log is this

2011-02-14 10:45:44: (log.c.135) server stopped
2011-02-14 10:45:45: (log.c.75) server started

Plesk version is 10.0.1
PHP version is 5.2.12
Apche version is Apache/2.2.3

Anyone know thing?

not found cat /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/cipher.lst in Centos 5.5 and Plesk version is 10.0.1

Where the file?? not found with locate cipher.lst...

is there Any equal file of cipher.lst in centos 5.5 ???
