Problem in recreate the domain after delet.

Hello
i was delete a good work domain and when want to recreate that getting some problems to below:


I : i cant ping my domain.
II : i cant viewing my site.


please help me immediately , Thanks

Is it present in Plesk, IIS, %plesk_vhosts% ?

Can you ping it locally, view in sitepreview, or use "Browse" function is IIS?
