problem in restore backup for plesk 9 on plesk 11.5

im wget full backup file for plesk 9 to /var/lib/psa/dumps and extract file for restore but when upload to server repository show this error : 504 Gateway Time-out nginx
when restore show this error : This is not valid backup data cannot be restored from this file click on the backup name for details
when click on the backup name show this:
