Problem in running tomcat sever

Hi guys,

THis is my first experience in working with plesk. i had made deployed application in tomcat and find it's working. but my programmer mistakenly deleted the "work" folder which is present in /usr/share/tomcat5/work. After this incident i could not able to get my pages webpage showing 404 error. i tried restarting tomcar server but no use. please help me to solve this problem. tomcat add-ons are present in plesk but if i upload the war file it says.When i keep mouse on the java application it says "the application is not pointing to the database where it is stored". please help me
