Problem Installing OTRS

Well, i try to install OTRS Ticket System on my Server (Plesk 7.5.4), Well the point is what I've obtain To install it, but doesn't work, because the Documentation says: "When the Installation it's over type the next link: http://localhost/otrs/installation.pl to continue the installation" Well i did that but doesn't work, and show me a message:

OBJECT NOT FOUND....

I don't know if i need do a some change in a httpd.conf file of apache2 or something else.

Typically you need to run your cgi / perl scripts from /cgi-bin. What I'd look at is the file permissions to see if it is set to 755.

Of course you have to replace localhost with the hostname of your server, unless you're installing OTRS on the machine you're sitting at.
